Once upon a time, nestled amidst the majestic peaks of the Himalayas, a dream was born. A dream that would bring the healing power of Himalayan salt to the world in a unique and transformative way.
This is the story of how Salt Secret, the enchanting Himalayan salt spa, came to life.
Founder and Owner of Derma Secret, Nancy Bishay, felt like there was something missing in her life. Driven by her passion and a vision to share the wonders of Himalayan salt, Nancy embarked on a journey of discovery and creativity. She immersed herself in the rich history and traditions surrounding salt therapy, learning about its countless benefits and the profound impact it could have on one’s well-being.
With great care and respect for the environment and for people, Nancy sourced ethically and sustainably, ensuring that every grain of salt used in her spa was of the highest quality.
With her heart full of determination and excitement, Nancy took massive action and turned her vision into life.
Located behind the secret doors, she meticulously designed an underground paradise called Salt Secret, a sanctuary that would transport visitors to a realm of pure bliss and rejuvenation.

Fragrant-free environment:
Please note that we possess a FRAGRANT FREE environment. Due to the sensitivities of others, we ask that you refrain from the following before & during your visit:
* Smoking
* Applying Perfumes and/or Colognes
* Applying Essential Oils, Body Lotions, Hair Products with high fragrances, etc.
*We hold the right to refuse entry if we notice any strong scents including smoking, essential oils, perfumes/colognes, any hair products, and scented lotions.
Please Arrive on Time:
At our establishment, we take great pride in our punctuality, and we kindly request the same from you. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we kindly ask that you prioritize arriving at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment. Our sessions always commence promptly on the hour, and if you happen to be late, you may need to reschedule or wait for the next available session. Our utmost desire is for you to fully enjoy and benefit from your visit to the Healing Salt Cave, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time to make the most of your experience.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment. This policy is not only in place to ensure you receive your complete treatment time, but also out of respect for other individuals who are partaking in a treatment simultaneously.

If you suffer from any serious conditions that would prevent you from being exposed to high temperatures and/or the inhalation of salt please consider the following:
* Heart Disease
* Kidney Disease
* Diabetes
* Pregnancy
* High/Low Blood Pressure
In the case of a cancellation, you must notify Salt Secret at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to notify/show-up to your treatment at Salt Secret, we will require a $50 deposit for your next visit and moving forward.
All purchases made at Salt Secret are non-refundable & non-exchangeable after 7 days of purchase. For a full refund, original receipt must be present, and item must be unused. After 7 days and if the product is unused, we will accept an exchange.
