  • Comfortable clothing is recommended. The salt may have minimal contact with clothing, so loose, relaxed attire is ideal.

  • Yes. Children can enjoy salt therapy — the cave is a family-friendly environment and sessions for children are available.

  • It varies from guest to guest. Some notice a difference after a single session, while others prefer regular visits. Our team is happy to help you plan a routine that suits you.

  • Halotherapy is generally considered safe. In some cases, mild throat irritation or a light cough may occur. These effects are usually temporary.

  • Yes. Guests under medical supervision should continue their prescribed medication unless advised otherwise by their healthcare provider.

  • Halotherapy is not recommended for anyone with a contagious illness, fever, open wounds, severe hypertension, or certain other conditions. If you are unsure, please speak with a healthcare professional first.

  • Yes, the Salt Cave is accessible and we have an elevator.

  • No food is allowed inside the Salt Cave. We do encourage hydration, and water is permitted.

Please consult your healthcare provider before halotherapy if you have a serious medical condition, are pregnant, have uncontrolled blood pressure, or are unsure whether salt therapy is appropriate for you. Halotherapy should not replace prescribed medication or professional medical care.
