Before you come down
A few things that keep the experience calm, clean and safe for every guest.

Fragrance-free environment
Please note that we maintain a FRAGRANCE FREE environment. Due to the sensitivities of others, we ask that you refrain from the following before and during your visit: smoking; applying perfumes and/or colognes; applying essential oils, body lotions or hair products with high fragrances. We hold the right to refuse entry if we notice any strong scents including smoking, essential oils, perfumes/colognes, hair products and scented lotions.

Please arrive on time
We take great pride in our punctuality and kindly request the same from you. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment. Our sessions always commence promptly on the hour, and if you are late you may need to reschedule or wait for the next available session. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment. This policy ensures you receive your complete treatment time, and is also out of respect for other guests in treatment at the same time.

Please consult with a physician if
If you suffer from any serious conditions that would prevent you from being exposed to high temperatures and/or the inhalation of salt, please consider the following: heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, pregnancy, high/low blood pressure.

Cancellation policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. Following a late cancellation or no-show, a $50 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment and all future bookings.

Refund & exchange policy
Refund requests must be made within seven days of purchase and require the original receipt. After seven days, purchases are non-refundable but may be eligible for a Salt Secret spa credit. All refunds, exchanges, and spa credits are subject to approval by Salt Secret.
